Falcon Electric was built before it ever had a marketing plan. It was built after hours, on late nights, through sacrifice, trust and a belief that quality work would speak for itself.
Built on Faith. Built on Family. Built to Last.
When Falcon Electric began, the founder's son was just nine years old. His father was still working for another company during the day. When that shift ended, he would pick up his son and head straight to Falcon jobs—often working together until 10 o'clock at night.
Those nights became years. A son grew up beside his father learning far more than the electrical trade. He learned the principles Falcon was built on: do quality work, treat people right and build relationships that last.
For years, Falcon did not need advertising to grow. The company was built through word of mouth, referrals and trusted relationships with homeowners, builders and customers who knew the standard behind the name.
After high school, the next generation served six years in the United States Air Force, then came home and joined his father again—this time with the opportunity to help carry Falcon into its next chapter.
We are not trying to replace what built Falcon. We are working to grow it without ever losing what made it worth building.
That means protecting the craftsmanship, integrity and relationships Falcon was founded on, honoring the sacrifice that made the company possible, and building a legacy strong enough to carry forward for another generation.

Why We Build
Our work is part of something bigger.
As Falcon Electric grows, our purpose is not simply to become a larger electrical company. We want to honor God in the way we work, honor the man whose sacrifice built this company, serve our customers and builders well, and pass the same standard on to the next generation.
For us, that means doing what is right when no one is watching, taking pride in what goes behind the walls as much as what is seen when the job is finished, and never allowing growth to become more important than quality.
